E! Manager

E! Manager is a virtual environment created online to simplify the management of a congress. It offers an online set of tools which assists speakers, congress organisers and visitors before, during and after a congress or event.

E! Manager web upload feature makes it very easy for speakers to send their presentations directly to the congress presentation system. Speakers can upload their presentations at anytime, and from any location, prior to the congress deadline. This feature reduces queues and waiting times during peak hours at the congress, and if required allows the speaker to go directly to the lectern, where the presentation is waiting to be started.

All speakers receive an Email invitation to upload their presentation prior to the start of the congress. The personalised Log In credentials allow access to a secured database and ensure that presentations are available at the start of the congress. Technicians can validate each presentation before the first day, which is normally the busiest. Further adjustments are always possible either online or at that venue.

E! Manager also serves as an extranet for organisers to update and share information with participants. The organisers can manage announcements and messages that need to be displayed throughout the congress. It is also possible to moderate twitter feeds online before they go ‘live’ on the E! Signage screens.

The E! Manager module is only offered in conjunction with E! Centre and E! Presenter.
